Our policy on medicals and reports

Medical Reports:

1. Medical reports, such as insurance reports, can be completed by our clinicians
2. Reports requiring completion outside of the allocated consultation time will be subject to a charge for the clinician's time.

Specialised Medicals:

1. We can complete specialised medical assessments, including marathon medicals, holiday camp medicals and company medicals.
2. We have the capability to refer patients to local providers for specific tests such as chest x-rays and exercise ECGs, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation.

Guest Medicals:

1. For Guests seeking medical assessments, we do not provide a quoting service for medicals.
2. Instead, we advise patients to book a 15-minute video appointment with a clinician. During this appointment, the clinician will assess the scope of the required medical, complete any simple queries and provide a quote for completing the remainder of the assessment.

Informed Consent:

1. Patients undergoing specialised medicals will be provided with detailed information about the components of the assessment, any required tests, and the associated costs.
2. Informed consent will be obtained before proceeding with any tests or generating medical reports.

Documentation:

1. All details related to medical assessments, including tests conducted and reports generated, will be meticulously documented in the patient's medical records.
2. Records of video appointments, scoping, and quoting for medicals, as well as any charges for medical reports completed outside of consultation time, will be maintained for billing transparency.
