Yes you should. All patients eligible for NHS care should maintain an NHS GP registration, even if you exclusively see your Mayfield Clinic GP. Your NHS GP maintains your primary patient record, and should you need to use any NHS services (such as NHS A&E), they will remain your registered practice.

Our London clinic is located 2 minutes walk from Sloane Square Underground Station. From Sloane Square itself, walk down Lower Sloane Street towards the Thames. The practice is in 2 Lower Sloane Street, on the right hand side of the road. The front-desk is managed by HCA healthcare. They'll let Dr Barshall know that you've arrived, and she will call you upstairs once free.
